Today I sandblasted all of the pieces to be welded in in the rear seat area. I then welded in the tray piece that the rear seat butts up against. I also fit and welded in the tube that supplies heat to the heater channels on one side. There was some trimming required, as the heater channels are aftermarket, and seem to have a different contour than the originals. Once all the pieces are welded in, I will coat everything with anti-rust paint, and then seam sealer all of the weld joints.
